Haha, a very valid answer! I think a lot of writers would go crazy if we couldn't get the ideas out of our heads. And, you bring up a really good point in that we all have unique stories to tell.
No one can tell your stories quite like you, and they deserve to exist, as I like to say. 👏👏
I write because I enjoy it but also to process. Because if I didn’t, I think it might eat me alive if it had nowhere to go. I write to stop time. It’s a small thing I can control and shape. I can certainly spiral and sometimes I think when I write I can stay in a spiral and it becomes a place to hide and avoid facing things too, but I eventually do, and finally release it into the world.
I think there's a great truth in the idea that, when we are writing, we are completely in the moment. It may one of the things that makes it such an addictive, powerful and satisfying experience.
I write because I love stories. Creating a new story that entertains someone is a joy I have grown addicted to. I always wish I could do more, no matter how much I write!
I write because it feels good. Honestly, I think it's as simple as that.
A perfectly valid reason to do it! Sometimes it really is the simple things in life. 😊
I write to stay sane! I have way too many ideas running around my head, and if I don't wrote them down, then who will?

I like the challenge of writing a good story. I also like the surprises that sometimes come with it.
I write because I feel most myself when I do.
This is beautiful, and I totally agree. The times in my life when I haven’t been writing are the times I’ve felt least like myself.

I write because the world I live in is a mixed bag. I write to express myself. It is salve to the wound. It brings me utter joy. 🤭
I write for two reason: I write because it's enjoyable, and I write to calm my mind whenever my anxiety flares up.

Hmm...I write because I enjoy sharing my ideas, characters, and worlds with others. Also, cause it helps me deal with things.
