Wow that was amazing! I loved how you diverted my expectations by using the headache as a warning symptom. Really good job Bradley!

Oh my gosh! This is so special!

Her voice was the first piece of yours that I read and I love learning more about Summer's backstory!

I really hate Daniel - but I loved the little evangelical quip you put in 😂

That's so awesome that you read the series first! If you recall, Summer's first poem in Chapter two was called "Cracked Smiles," and it was about what happened in this story actually. The poem describes her relationship with Daniel and insinuates she saw him turn.

Pretty cool, right?

That was a really good read. I liked how the tension kept building, especially with the news report and then Daniel’s sudden change. The whole idea of language getting corrupted like that is really interesting. Makes me wonder where this is all going.

Thanks Jonathan! As you can see, I included a link to the "Her Voice" series at the end. This story is a prequel, so if you'd like to see what's next for Summer (and others) I'd recommend checking out that series!

Thanks for reading!

Oohh so good! I love that it was her music that protected her. This is such a unique appcalypse-type story, definitely going to go read the series now

Well that was the story I didn't know I needed this morning! Wow -- I understand it's a prequel but as a standalone, it could go so many places! Is Summer's dad a mastermind or a pawn? I want to know more about him and the book's author as well. So many questions!! A fantastic read that would be a good book or book series.
