I love how surreal this got in such a short time, it was like I was in the yellow submarine movie or the wall album, but with more monsters - this is superbly well done!
That was a wild ride—the shift from reality to that surreal world was seamless. The imagery was so vivid, I could picture every detail. How do you come up with these kinds of landscapes?
Haha, thank you, Jonathan! I'm glad the imagery worked so well for you. It was difficult to fit everything into 300 words, but it made for a nice challenge.
I actually really enjoy meditation, and this concept was inspired by the sort of mental images you get in your mind if you close your eyes when you're meditating outside, for example. How some of the colors and sunlight still get through.
I sort of imagined that as an entire world just beyond our own. A "mirror realm," if you will.
You were right, I do need more! 😂

Haha, thank you! I had this ideally originally years ago (the whole meditation app/mirror realm thing), but never did much with it.
Thank you for the prompt that brought this idea back! I'm excited to do Side B tomorrow.
Of course! I'm so excited to read side b!

That’s really cool to hear! Love how you used meditation as inspiration—makes total sense with how vivid the imagery was.
The "mirror realm" idea is such a unique way to look at it. Do you meditate often when brainstorming new stories?
Well isn't that a wild ride into the surreal?!?! Coolness! And in 300 words 💗🙌💗 NICE!
